Operational service

Operational service is backfilling of grain, replenishing milk and cocoa containers, availability control of glasses, sugar, stirrers and wipes, trash removal, changing of water, daily washing of the machine, cleaning.

One operator is able to service up to 7 mini coffee shops.

The coffee machine should be washed once a day for usual 12-hour operating mode and twice a day for 24-hour operating mode. This simple task can be done by any person.

You put the container with the special detergent, press the flush button and wait for the end of the flushing.

Even if you forget it, the coffee shop will remind you about it via e-mail, sms or personal cabinet.

 

If your sales outlet is in a public place such as a business center, shopping center, hotel, etc., we recommend you to sign a service contract with the cleaning service. That’s what we do in our coffee shops. We sign a contract with the cleaning service, provide their training and control the work through online monitoring. We provide a contract template, which has a section with a list and frequency of work performed by cleaning.

If the sales outlet is located inside the store, it can be served by the store employees or by a special employee selected by you. The coffee store is equipped with sensors and you will receive a notice in case of critical reduction of consumables (beans, milk, water, glasses).

We send this notice to the cleaning service and monitor them to refill the containers/dispensers.

Some of our franchisees engage an operator who can serve an average of 10 points. By the way, its task is only to backfill the grain, replenish the milk and cocoa container, change water, control the availability of other consumables. Cleaning service is necessary in any case, because the point must be clean all the time.

In the model “coffee shop with refrigerator” filling of the refrigerator with products is carried out by the forwarder of the supplier of products. We have arranged the work in such a way that the operator of the supplier controls the availability of assortment, delivery, sell-by date by himself. But this model works only in Moscow.  In other regions we have not selected a single supplier of food products yet.

Starting-up and adjustment

We launch the coffee machine anywhere in the world. Installers assemble the furniture, engineers connect the equipment and set up the coffee machine.

Coffee and consumables supply

You certainly shouldn’t worry. We will deliver coffee and any consumables to any place in the world. The average delivery time is 4-7 days.

The fight against theft

You must understand that this is not a vending solution.This is a mini coffee shop with a self-service system. It is better to locate the mini coffee shop in a secure facility. In addition, there is an alarm system and a CCTV camera in the corner of the coffee shop. According to experience, the percentage of losses does not exceed 5%.

Maintenance service. Warranty period

Warranty period is 12 months from the moment of installation. If all operating instructions and planned maintenance are observed, the warranty repair is free.

Post-warranty service and repair is provided on a paid basis, according to the price-list.

The service engineer comes according to requests.

What is included in the equipment price

We recommend to use drinking water that meets the following requirements: hardness (total mineralization) not exceeding 1.7 milligrams per liter.

Relocation sales outlet

It happens that the selected location was unprofitable and it is necessary to move a coffee shop. You should understand that any move is an injury to furniture. Usually, furniture can withstand up to 2-3 moves normally. But in the case of frequent moves, we recommend updating the furniture, because it does not take up a large part of the price of the product, but it significantly affects the attractiveness for consumers.

Help in choosing a location

Adaptation for another country

Differences from the vending machine

Vending machines use dried milk, which shine through. For the same reason, vending machines cannot be washed to clean the milk supply system.

Most operations are performed automatically. For example: if there is no coffee, there is an auto refund. Nevertheless, there are situations that require a specialist’s support. We have a support center that works from 9:00 to 19:00 (Moscow), in time we will extend the support time.

Is it possible to do this business without entrepreneurial experience?

If you have high organizational skills, then even without experience, you can do this business.
